The active weather pattern continues…

November did NOT go out quietly…the howling wind and torrential rainfall last night led to dozens of damage reports across southern New England.

The rain is long gone but the wind continues to be a concern through this afternoon.  It will peak between noon and 4pm and then slowly diminish this evening and overnight.

BIG game tonight at Gillette…we will have clear skies and gusty (but diminishing) winds…temperatures mainly in the 30s

Be on the lookout for The Moon and Jupiter very closeby around 11pm tonight!

Tomorrow will be a much quieter day…in fact, a very typical early December day in store.  Highs 45-50, light winds and a good deal of sunshine.  Very pleasant weather for the high school football games at Gillette…

Our NEXT BIG THING arrives on Saturday.  Nearly a repeat of last night, another round of rain and wind, although likely a bit less dramatic.  Much like yesterday, we expect the heaviest rain and strongest wind to arrive in the afternoon and evening on Saturday.  Expecting a bit less rain (mainly under a half inch) and also a bit less wind (peak gusts in the 40s) this go-around.

The high school games at Gillette will certainly be impacted by the weather on Saturday, particularly those later in the day.  It will be mild but windy and wet.

Much like today, the sunshine will return on Sunday but it will also be windy and chilly.
