Thanksgiving Weekend Forecast

Happy Thanksgiving Eve!

Thankfully, the stormy weather is largely behind us, and we can look forward to a very pleasant and quiet Thanksgiving Day and Weekend!

The rain showers will continue to taper off over the next few hours.  The weather will not impact any last-minute errands or travel this evening.  Low temperatures will stay above freezing in eastern MA tonight so, no icing concerns.

THANKSGIVING:

As I see it, we have lots to be thankful for in the weather department this holiday.  Other than a bit of a gusty wind at times, the weather will be quite comfortable outdoors tomorrow.

Lots of high school football games are going on tomorrow morning…

Temperatures will generally be in the 40s with partly to mostly sunny skies and a 10-20mph breeze.

Here is just a small sample of some of the 10am games…

By afternoon, highs will reach between 45-50 for most of the area.

Certainly won’t be setting any weather records tomorrow and I think that is a good thing!

As for the rest of the weekend, the weather will remain quiet and chilly.  Saturday will be the coldest day with highs only in the 30s.

Next chance of precipitation comes Sunday night and Monday, looking like mainly rain at the moment.

Have a great holiday!

Safe Travels!
