Happy Monday!
Finally, some much needed rainfall today, although likely not nearly enough. It has been over a week since we had a drop of water, Boston is nearing 6″ below the average for the year.
The rain will largely be northwest of Boston early this afternoon, shifting to the Boston area around evening and then to southeast MA, the first half of tonight. Not expecting anything severe.
TUESDAY: Sunny and much drier air…very comfy, 75-80.
WEDNESDAY: Sunny, dry, tad warmer than Tuesday.
Late Week…increasing heat and humidty, nearing 90 on Thursday and highs in the 90s on Friday.
Looks like a front comes through Saturday bringing our next chance of rain/storms
