More snow on the way Tuesday night into Wednesday morning along with another shot of Arctic air

Here we go again, more accumulating, plowable snowfall in the forecast Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.  The temperature drop has also begun, we will remain well below freezing for the rest of the week.

Tuesday:  Increasing clouds, much colder, highs 15-20…light snow may start as early as Tuesday afternoon but more likely will hold off until after the PM commute…Westford should get around 6″ of snow when all is said and done, 6-10″ farther east including Boston.

Wednesday:  Snow tapers during the morning, some delays or cancellations are likely…bitterly cold, highs in the teens with wind chills well below zero…highs 10-15.

EXTENDED:  Low temps Thursday and Friday morning will likely be below zero with daytime highs only in the teens.  There is potential for yet another ocean storm around Thursday, but at this point it looks like it may just miss out to sea.
