Few showers, no major storms ahead

Happy Thursday!

Looks like we are going to make it a whole week without a NEXT Weather Alert!  We do have some spotty showers in the forecast but nothing all that impactful or noteworthy.

REST OF TODAY:

What you see is what you get.

Stuck in the clouds with periods of light rain/drizzle.

Temperatures generally in the upper 40s to near 50.

FRIDAY:

Some sunshine returns along with temperatures about 5-10 degrees warmer than today.

A cold front will approach later in the day, but we shouldn’t see any rain until Friday night.

THE WEEKEND:

That front comes through Saturday morning and along with it, our best chance of rain showers this weekend.

We will gradually clear out from west to east in the afternoon.

With the re-emergence of sunshine, temperatures will spike into the 60s Saturday afternoon.

Sunday will be a tad cooler, highs generally 55-60 with partly sunny skies.
