Description: Westford’s Community Christmas Chorus will present its annual Christmas concert on Sunday, Dec. 13, at 7:00 p.m., at First Parish Church, 48 Main St., Westford. All proceeds benefit the Westford Food Pantry. The 40-member chorus, under the direction of Dr. Jacob Liberles and accompanied by First Parish Music Director Nancy Eberiel, is comprised of singers from several towns. The members come together once a year to sing Christmas music and to support a worthwhile cause. The program will feature Christmas music written by American composers, including several well-known spirituals, and works by William Billings, Amy Beach, John Jacob Niles, Randall Thompson, and Daniel Pinkham. There are also opportunities for the audience to join in the singing. The suggested donation is $5 a person, $15 a family, plus 2 non-perishable food items for the food pantry.
