Harvest Fair at Westford’s Cameron Senior Center
The 2017 Fall Harvest Fair, the biggest gala event of the year at Westford Senior Center, will be held Saturday, Oct. 21, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Cameron Senior Center, 20 Pleasant St., Westford. Admission and parking are free.
Sponsored by Friends of the Cameron Senior Center, this year’s fair will be overflowing with handmade crafts and artisan designs from vendors, donors and others. Shoppers will find a variety of quilted and knitted items, wood carvings, jewelry, antiques/vintage items, a “home goods” corner, plants, gift baskets, baked goods, raffles, a silent auction, snack bar with refreshments and more.
All proceeds from the fair support the programs, activities and outreach support services of the Cameron Senior Center. For more information, call 978-692-5523.

     5. Seniors and Friends Festival of Trees Luncheon and Viewing of Festival – dates TBA soon to 11:00am- 2:00 pm  – Watch for Menu and registration information soon 

6. New for 2017 – “Community ” Tree – families and individuals can make an ornament and bring to the Festival of Trees from Dec 6 – 10 and put on the Community Tree. The Tree will be part of the Silent Auction and funds raised will support local organizations.


Westford’s Community Christmas Chorus  Concert

Sunday, TBA soon 7:00pm at First Parish Church United.
Come and enjoy the Christmas holidays in this year’s theme – “Christmas Around the World” . It will benefit the Westford Food Pantry. The program includes an audience sing-a-long of popular carols. The 40 voice chorus, made up of singers from many area towns, will perform under the direction of Carol Rondina, and will be accompanied by Nancy Eberiel. The suggested donation for admission is $5 per fmaily, plus 2 non-perishable food items for the Westford Food Pantry. For further info – call 978 692-8416

Christmas TreeWestford Girl Scouts invite you to Westford Common at 4 pm on Sunday, November 26, 2017 for the annual tree lighting.
The Westford Girl Scout Chorus will lead the crowd in the singing of holiday songs. Our Daisy Scouts will be there to hand out song sheets and candy canes. The lights will be turned on around 4.30 pm by the Westford Garden Club, who purchase and maintain the lights
Look for Santa Claus who will circle the Common in a fire truck, then come into the PCA to warm up with hot chocolate and popcorn. Our older scouts will be there with some crafts and there will be photo opportunities with Santa, so bring your camera.

Join us for a delightful Chanukah celebration in the heart of Westford. Be there as Westford’s largest Menorah will be lit in the center of Westford Town Common. The evening will feature music, dancing, donuts, dreidels, with special attention to children. A 7 foot tall Menorah with its kerosene lanterns ablaze will be lit to illuminate the Westford night. Be a part of it! Joyous Music, Giant Menorah. Donuts and more,
Dreidels for the kids, Government Dignitaries and Free and Open to the Entire Community The lightning and celebrations will start on December 12 will continue each night until when Chanukah ends on December 17.  Seniors and Friends in Westford and surrounding towns – A Special Holiday Luncheon has been planned by the Westford Family FunFest and the Westford Regency. It will be offered during the Westford Festival of Trees, Wreaths, and Creative Gingerbread Event between Dec 13-15 from 11:00am – 2:00 pm – Cost $15  menu coming soon. includes entree and veg, coffee or tea, and special dessert. ( does not include Tax or gratuity). Before or after Lunch – visit all the Festival trees, wreaths and creative Gingerbread creations in the Lobby, Atrium and more. Do  you decorate your yard/home for the Fall/Halloween season; have a beautiful fall tree in your yard or have seen one in Donna Deschenes 3 Nap time in the LeavesWestford ?  If the answer is YES, then you need to take a photo and enter the Fall Photo Contest. Email photo’s to www.westford.org/funfest only . Do not drop off at Northern Bank or Roudenbush Community Center  .  Maximum of 3 photo’s submitted by entrant.  Contest is open to all ages.

Your Photo may be the winner of the Annual Westford FunFest, WBA & Northern Bank and Trust Company of Westford Fall Photo Contest.  Gift Card will be given for the winner of the Adult (high school and above)  or Children’s -up to high School). See page under banner for more details, guidelines and photos submitted in past.

 Savory in Style Festival 2015

Check out the  Annual Fall Westford Food/Fashion Truck Festival (now called Savory In Style 2015) on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 12:00 noon to 4 pm at the Abbot School ( outside area). 

Included in the event will be fun activities  for both adults and children. Great food from different types of Food Trucks, Arts and Crafts Vendors  plus a Fashion Truck from Westford’s Emily Benson.   Day will include entertainment, games, music and information tables for both Westford organizations/ members of the New Westford Business Association.  Check under the banner for detail page and updates

  • Harvest Fair at Westford’s Cameron Senior Center — Oct. 23 & 24

    Start your holiday shopping early!   The annual Harvest Fair, sponsored by Friends of the Cameron, will be held indoors Friday & Saturday, October 23 & 24, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Cameron Senior Center, 20 Pleasant St., Westford.  Free admission and parking.

asta dinner for 2, high-tech basket, women’s relaxation and bath, dog lover’s, kid’s favorite toys, plus many more.  Our silent auction includes many coveted items, like:  100 gallons of oil, a 6-ft. tall beautiful mirror, a lovely clock, Market Basket and other gift cards, organic wool scarf, jewelry and more to come.

This annual INDOOR event will be overflowing with treasures:  handmade crafts, quilted, crocheted and knitted items (even organic sweaters & scarves!), jewelry, and a white elephant table. Our bake table features scrumptious homemade cakes, pies, cookies and goodies of all sorts.

Take your chances on a myriad of delightful raffle baskets too.

The Cameron Closet Thrift Shop will also be open concurrently with the fair, where buyers can purchase gently-used clothing, accessories and household items.  Plus, our snack bar will have refreshments for early or late comers.

Don’t miss out on the bargains and unique offerings!  All proceeds from the fair support the programs, activities and outreach support services of the Cameron Senior Center.

Westford Fall and Halloween Activities

  • Roudenbush Community Center – presents Halloween Parade and more on Sunday, October 15 from 1-4pm at the Roudenbush Community Center .  (Rain or Shine*) Parade starts at Roudenbush at 1 pm and will walk up to the Common and back to Roudenbush.  Pumpkin Decorating and more will be offered FREE.

The Westford Family FunFest will be offering Breakfast with your Halloween Friends on Saturday, October 31 from 8:30am – 11:30am at the Westford Regency Inn – 219 Littleton Rd. Westford.  To make reservations and questions, call 978 692-8200 ext. 520
The Breakfast will feature a full breakfast buffet with Pancakes added for the kids or choose from the Westford Regency Breakfast Menu.    Bring your own camera and take pictures with the Halloween Friends and receive a Halloween treat too.  Make sure to wear your costume so that you can join in the Halloween Parade in the Regency Lobby during the morning.  Crafts for the Kids will be offered for a small fee – provided by the Westford Girl Scouts.

Halloween-TrunkorTreatCornerstone Congregational Church invites you to the “Trunk or Treat and More Event  at the Cornerstone Congregational Church   32 Graniteville Rd. Westford.
October 31, 2015 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
You are invited to join us for our first Trunk or Treat! Come in costume from noon-2 pm on Saturday, October 31st to the church parking lot, where you will find our car trunks decorated and supplied with treats. There will also be games that the children can play to earn extra treats. We hope you will join us!
