14th Annual Westford Festival of Trees/Wreaths/Creative Gingerbread/Gnomes Creations and More Celebration & Contest December 6, 2024 to January 1, 2025

The Westford Family FunFest, Westford Rotary Club, Roudenbush Community Center, Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center invites you, your organization, schools, civic, business, community, church groups to decorate an artificial tree, wreath, gingerbread creation (gingerbread, cardboard or other materials), gnomes – All types and materials – …. see below.
Opening Night on Friday, December 6 2024 – Music, viewing all the decorations, opening of Popular Vote and bidding on Silent Auction items, Cookie and Hot Cocoa will be served too at no cost. Clark’s will be open from 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm for Food and Drink.
Breakfast with Santa (cost TBD) will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and
Brunch with Santa, Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 10:00am – 2:00 pm .
Westford Girl Scouts will have a Kids Craft Room on both Saturday and Sunday for a small charge.
The Westford Girl Scout Chorus will sing on Saturday only.
Breakfast and Brunch reservations suggested – Call the Westford Regency @ 978 692-8200 ext 550 for information and reservations required.

The Westford Festival of Trees is sponsored by the Westford Family FunFest, Westford Rotary Club, Roudenbush Community Center & Westford Regency Inn.
- The Decorated Trees/Wreaths and Gingerbread, Gnomes, and other creations will be judged on creativity and imagination by Westford Police Community Team, Westford Rotary, Westford Women’s Club members.
- Prizes will be awarded
- Public will vote for the “Most Popular” will receive a special prize. Voting for Most Popular will be held at the Westford Regency Inn only.
Theme:
- Pick the theme for your tree/wreaths/ gingerbread, gnome or Cultural creation. It can be holiday, sports, travel, arts/music, cultural, school, or any other theme. You can decorate under/around the tree or gingerbread creation if desired. Extra points will be given, if recycled items are included.
- 2024 Only artificial trees/wreaths allowed. Signage – Theme and name of individual, organization, business or group on or near tree, wreath and gingerbread creation .
- Gingerbread creations. May use Gingerbread, cardboard or other types of materials to build. Build your own Gingerbread Classes – visit www.roudenbush.org for details.
- Creative Gnomes – Single creation or scene creation – Gnomes – can be made out of any type of materials – single or in groups.
- Cultural Decorations can be for any Holiday celebrated….
Set-up
Trees/Wreaths/ Gingerbread Creations must be set-up by Tuesday December 3, 2:00-500 pm , at the Westford Regency. Other dates can be arranged if needed Judges will start judging on Thursday, December 5.

Possible Fundraiser:
If you or your organization would like to make this a fundraiser –
- The tree/wreath can be part of the Silent Auction that is open to the public. 100% of the silent auction winning bid goes back to the person, organization or business that entered the tree, wreath, or gingerbread creation. If you would like to donate your amount to another organization, please let us know – so that winner knows who to make check out to. All bidding will be done at the Westford Regency Watch for details.
- Two divisions for Silent Auction Fundraiser:
Trees and Wreaths:
- Tree/Wreath with all decorations including TREE
- OR Ornaments only on decorated Tree (tree is not part of the Silent Auction). They will be marked. The Auctioned off trees/ Ornaments/wreaths can be picked up after January 2 by presenter. Checks will be made out to the organization or person.
Gingerbread, Gnome and Cultural Creations:
- Gingerbread, Gnome and Cultural Creations – Silent Auction checks for gingerbread/gnome/Cultural creations will go back to the person or organization OR
- Both Divisions – funds can be donated to the The Westford Remembers of Westford MA for the Special Projects
