Event Carnival Game Fundraiser Agreement
Westford Education Foundation / WESTFEST , henceforth known as “Company,” and “insert your name”, henceforth known as “Participant”, enter into this agreement freely and willingly on the 28th of September 2024
The covenants of this agreement are as follows:
The Event
Participant agrees to partake in the carnival fundraiser portion of WESTFEST – The Westford Family Fun Festival, henceforth known as “Event.”
The Participant
You will be responsible for providing a game appropriate for children aged 5 and older.
-You must bring your own tent, table, chairs etc should you deem them necessary.
-A sign with the name of your organization, name of your game, & Quantity of Tickets it costs to play or craft should be clearly displayed at your booth.
-Submit all tickets earned after event concludes
Company
Company agrees to provide a designated 10’ x 10‘ Space for your gamebooth (location provided prior to event) Company will pay organization $.50 per ticket Participant submits at event conclusion
Delivery
Participant agrees that their 10’x10’ space will be set up prior to 12:00pm September 28, 2024 and will run for the entirety of the event and begin clean up at 4:00pm.
Relationship
This agreement represents the only relationship between Company and Sponsor. No other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise.
