No big changes to the forecast today and beyond…summer-like temperatures on the way for most of us through the Weekend!
Today: Similar to the last few days…good deal of sunshine but cooler the closer to the Coast you are with an onshore breeze. 50s along the Shoreline, 60s in Metro West, 70+ well to the west
Revs play tonight at Gillette! (nothing else going on in Boston sports tonight is there?)
Thursday: The warmth starts to push eastward…but not all the way…a much weaker onshore wind will allow temperatures to climb into the 70s within a few miles of the Shore. Good deal of sunshine inland…variable clouds at the Coastline…thicker cloud cover over southeast MA (which will be the norm through the Weekend)
Friday: Same deal…warmth pushes its way a bit farther east, likely including Boston. Lots of 70s and some low 80s well inland. Cloudier and cooler well to the southeast. Little bit of humidity starts to creep in as well
Weekend: Increasing humidity with winds now out of a south-southwesterly direction. 80+ in many areas (away from extreme SE MA)…can’t rule out a few isolated pop up showers in the soupier airmass, especially on Sunday. And, don’t forget…Total Lunar Eclipse Sunday night!
