Meetings

WA Athletic Boosters Club holds their general business meetings monthly.:

• When: Second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM (meetings last until about 8:00 PM)
• Where: Room 101 of Westford Academy.

We are welcoming and looking for new members! Members become eligible to vote after attending two meetings.

The meetings are brief, informative and follow a pre-planned agenda.   Included in each meeting is the monthly Treasurer’s report and the minutes from the previous meeting. 

Each committee gives a short report. Old business and new business are discussed. This is a great time to voice concerns, ask questions and offer ideas on how to improve the program.
