A peaceful and calming class designed to relieve chronic tension, long-term physical imbalance, and/or exhaustion. For those new to yoga or current practitioners who would like a more directed practice. Emphasis on breath, stretching, strengthening, basic alignment, and relaxation.

Fridays from Sep 7 at 9:30, 7 week session

$119, payment is due at beginning of session
