The Elegance of Brahms: Anderson-Rudolph Duo

Fri, May 17 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Bonnie Anderson

An afternoon of Romantic Era repertoire by the ever-popular artistic directors of our Piano Heritage and Chamber Music series.

Shay RudolphBonnie Anderson, pianist, and Shay Rudolph, cellist, are back for their third annual duo concert at the PCA.  Their shared affinity for beauty of sound, fullness of harmony, sweeping lines, and emotional expression naturally draws them to the repertoire of the Romantic Era.  The centerpiece of this concert is the Brahms Cello Sonata No. 1 in E Minor, a cherished mainstay of the sonata repertoire.
