Concerts/Comedy

The PCA offers a variety of concerts and comedy shows from classical to jazz to rock & blues. In 2018-2019 we are introducing an exciting new Folk and World series. Our intimate space has a capacity of about 100 seated cafe-style so there isn’t a bad seat in the house. And you will almost always run into neighbors and friends at each event!

Jeff was signed by EMI Records at the age of 17 and has performed with some of music’s greats, warming up for renowned acts like Black Sabbath, Free, Genesis, Robert Palmer, and others.

Four-hand piano music: Mozart to Piazzolla - Bonnie Anderson & Stella Owen

Rescheduled – new date TBA. Co-Artistic Director of the Piano Series, Bonnie Anderson, will be joined by Boston pianist, Stella Owen, for a fun afternoon of music for four-hands. The performers will give an overview of piano duet-playing in the United States, beginning the afternoon with Mozart’s Eine kleine Nachtmusik and Brahms’ Symphony No. 3 (third movement)

Nouveau classic jazz with contemporary spice – The Jazz Punishers is a versatile and lively Boston-area jazz quintet of accomplished musicians. The group performs a blend of classic jazz standards from John Coltrane to Ella Fitzgerald, many with a fresh twist, contemporary jazz, and even some R&B.
