The Middlesex County 4-H Fair presents the classic New England fair experience and family-friendly fun for all ages. The fair gives 4-H youth the opportunity to showcase their animal and static projects and for the public to enjoy and learn from them. The Fair is an agricultural, youth Fair, and all of our exhibitors are members of 4-H Clubs in Middlesex County and surrounding counties.
This agricultural event of the year has been held at 55 South Chelmsford Road in Westford since 1956. The fair showcases approximately 350 youth exhibits from animals to static exhibits. A dedicated group of hundreds of volunteers work throughout the year to prepare the fairgrounds for the weekend of festivities. The fair boasts approximately 5000 attendees over the course of the 3-day weekend.
All of our barns are accessible to the public providing a unique opportunity for children and adults to interact with the animals.
Come and spend a day at the Fair and celebrate the accomplishments of our youth and have a great day of fun and learning. Fair hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Daily admission is $8 for 10 and up, $6 for 65 years and up or military with ID, $3 for 4 to 9 years, Free for 3 years and under. Three-day Passes can be purchased at the Administration building on the fairgrounds during work nights and fair week set up until Thursday, August 24 for $13.00. $16.00 after Thursday August 24.
