Chinese martial arts, is both a form of exercise and self-defense. As a cultural manifestation of the oldest civilization still around today, it offers you a wealth of possibilities that are beneficial to your mind, soul and body. Now we are offering you the opportunity to learn Wu Shu Kung Fu. Classes begin with one of the most important aspects, courtesy. In each class, we make a point to treat each other with respect and consideration.
We begin with a variety of warm-up exercises then move to develop specific skills required for Wu Shu -Kung Fu. Next, we focus on the basic techniques of the martial art which is the foundation for all future progress.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Complementary club t-shirt for all students!!!
